i ask this because the other day i saw a woman of about 50 out jogging , she must have been a 44D , and they were bouncing all over the place , cant have been comfortable for her !.

Well I don't have that problem but my sister does and she used to have to cross her arms over her chest when she ran because the movement was painful for her!. And my mother in law got a breast reduction because she was getting really bad back problems!. She is also really active and plays tennis and it has to be easier for her now that they aren't bouncing all over and in the way!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
yes havent been running or jogging since i was 11!. I did have dance classes at college and it was a nightmare i bought a bra which was suppose to be a quite good supportive bra!.!.!.!.!.it didn't help!!.!.!.!.i had to make do , cant afford an expensive bra to help me stop bouncing!.!.!.oh the shame!

yes if I don't have the right bra for the sport - it can definitely get crazy in my shirt!. I quit running in public ever since we had a dyke coach for PE back in middle school!. I envy the girls running down the street with nothing but a sports bra on!. i WISH i could get away with that! I'd end up with black eyes!. NO really!.!. its not THAT bad!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
