I would have to say it totally depends on the man & his look to be honest!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. some men wear it well & others is not right at all!.!.!.!.!.I know someone who was trying to grow one and when I saw him I told him straight out it didn't suit him as was a wispy little goatee, horrible !.!.!.!.!.!.but he choose not to listen to me as is his choice I guess!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. My guy has had a beard for some 30 years - I don't think I'd recognise him if he shaved it off, now!.

I generally prefer them to be clean-shaven, but if they have a bit of stubble there in a morning, like, I think it's kind of hot!.
