Yes there is a lot of that on here, but all you need to do is read the depth of the answer you can soon find out if the person really is qualified!. But yahoo answers is a community based thing and you can answer any question whoever you are no matter of what degrees you have!.
I have a degree myself in Psychology and only sign with the qualifications if I am answering a question on the subject, the credentials can be traced back if necessary!. But the best advice you can give on medical questions if your not trained is to see a Dr!.
