There are a number of factors!. For instance, when my parents were teenagers, religion was very influential (and still is in some cases today)!. The catholic religion states that the use of condoms is a form of abortion, and because of that I know a lot of my mother's friends ended up teenage mothers (she went to a catholic school)!. Well let's face facts, teenagers had sex back then, and teenagers have sex now!. I think it's important for parents to discuss forms of birth control with the children (regardless of religion), and provide them if necessary!. Talking about sex with children does not enable sexual behaviour!. It allows teenagers to make informed decisions!. That being said, it isn't always the parents fault either!. Sometimes, they can talk to their children until they are blue in the face, and their children may just be easily influenced by their partner, allowing them to have unprotected sex with them!. Not all schools offer sexual education, so therefore I feel it's very important for every child to get the talk (regardless of how embarrassing it is on both ends)!Www@Enter-QA@Com

It is important that parents know what their kids are watching so they can talk to them about what they saw!. It is also important that parents educate their children in the case that they have sex!. Whether we want them to or not, it needs to be addressed!. No, we don't want them having sex, but yes, we need to prepare them for the event that they do!.

well i think it is a carbonation of things 1!. is the parents are at fault to because they should of talked to the kids and explained to them how hard and how expensive raising a child can and will be and 2!.is the child's fault cause the child should of made a better decision and thought about what might happen if i do this 3!. and its today's life Style and it is the way kids are brought up and also depends what area they are raised in and what kinda friends they hang out with and it also depends on the way the child's young life goes hope it helps thanks,Www@Enter-QA@Com

The parents need to have an open relationship with their kids and make sure they know they can always come to them!. Pregnancy should fall on the parents first and the teenagers next!. My son had to bring home a play baby for class for 1 night!. Not long enough, make the kids keep them for a semester!. They will find out it not all fun and games!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
Both the boy and the girl that were involved!. The boy should have to help the girl out with the baby!. They shouldn't have had sex in the first place if they didn't want the baby!. My opinion is that you should wait until marriage to have sex!. I'm 15, and I'm staying true to that!. Yes, I'm a virgin!. I'm not stupid!. And I don't think pregnant teenagers should abort because it's not the baby's fault!. I mean, they can give it up for adoption or they could keep it!.
