well it all depends on the bum!. some of them are drunks and druggies and i just walk past because they are not homeless!. I work in New your city and i see this all the time!. I do give money to some and i have even taking a few to the nearest vending maching and got them lunch!. I have also taken my coat off once and gave it to an old women and froze my butt off walking to the car!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
ignore them!. they usually dont use it for food!. one man in N!.Y!.C!. was at the same spot everyday and had a sign tht said he wanted money for food i never gave him any but one day i brought him a banana and handed it to him instead and he yelled at me saying he didnt want a f*c*i*n*g banana and chased me and my friends down the block, so obviously they dont want it for food!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

well in my city many are total fakes!. so usually we dont give them anything!. if they look terrible and pitiful then yeah sometimes but most of them go and spend it on pot!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
