People stare all the time!. You either ignore the people that stare or you could get confrontational and ask "What are you staring at!?!?!!?" But yes it happens to me!. Sometimes I dont mind depending on the person!. I notice that I stare at people sometimes!.
Sometimes I stare because the person is acting weird and I dont understand why they are being that way in public!. Or sometimes I stare because there is something actually worth looking at!. Such as a fancy sports car (You gotta wonder who drives that $400,000 Ferrari)!.
Usually teenagers are acting stupid in public all the time so I dont even bother to look at them!. I only stare when someone is really out of place for doing something bizarre!. Or when there is something worth staring at!. So most of the time I dont stare for a bad reason!.
There are all kinds of people out there!. Sometimes people just sit around and stare at people because thats why they came out of the house to do!. Just look at people!. You might think something is normal but some people might think its an awkward sight or something to behold!. Its just people staring!.
The only age group that would stare at someone for the wrong reasons or even bad reasons would be teenagers!. And I think thats when most people form this psychology that anyone staring is a bad thing!.

when i am at work, the boss stand on the other side of the room, and just watches how we work!. its so annoying, and we feel like he is inspecting us!. it freaks me out haha, it makes me feel like it do something wrong!.

Very much so!. Especially when im at work, my office has a sort of mirrored door but you can still see both ways, i work in a hotel and guest come up and just stare in the door with there hands around there eyes I feel like a lab rat!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
