1/ A lay-a-bout sponger who is fit to work but opts to sign on the dole and hang around at home instead of contributing to society
or
2/ A worker who doesn't pay tax and signs on on the dole, doing the double but at least contributes to society in some degree
Do you think there is a difference between the two options!?
