He is 300 pounds : o
He plans to water fast for 40 days of water and more water : p
After 40 days days he will drink nothing but grape fruit juice for 10 days!.
After all this how much will he weigh!?

I actually tried the water weight diet for xtra credit in high school and I did lose weight but as soon as I got off of the diet I gained almost double of what I lost so tell your brother to beware!. But then again I wasn't working out either so I don't know!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Well good luck on that one cuz 40 days is a really LONG time to go without eating!. He will fail if he tries to go without food completely! His body will rebel and he will end up eating more and gaining more- hence the YOYO diet! He is better off exercising and cutting out all the junk food!. Good luck to him though!Www@Enter-QA@Com
