Not to keep from pooping but I am an All Star cheerleader and when I go in the air in stunts, you have to squeeze really really tight to stay up in the air!. So i squeeze my buttcheeks togther like that at least 3 days out of the week ;-) Think about that, lol!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
