i have been pulled over about 8 times and out of those eight times i have received about three tickets and going to court only one ticket held up
I have been very blessed when it comes to law enforcement
it seems that if you just shut your mouth and don't try and
make an excuse and treat the officer or judge with respect and take responsibility you soon realize that these lawmen actually like to be kind and give you warnings
biggest rule:
DO NOT ASK FOR A WARNING
YOU WILL NEVER GET IT IF YOU ASK
If you act right and take responsibility then they will show you mercy
but if you act like most people act
(which is like liars or trying to play dumb)
they will do their job fully to the point of giving you a big ticket or take you to jail
when you act dumb or lie to an officer they can tell
and they dont think it is nice to tereat them that way
especially if they were considering to let you off easy!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
they are there to protect you
they were placed in their position and given authority!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I've gotten pulled over twice for speeding and once for a loud muffler!. I got a ticket for speeding that was reduced to a parking ticket, and the other time I was pulled over for speeding, the cop gave me an inspection ticket instead!. I had an appointment to get it inspected within the next 2 days so he said Id just have to send the receipt in!. No ticket for the loud muffler though, just a warning!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Not a lot!. Most of my stops are for speeding!. One was a picky cop that didn't like how my taillights weren't working!. When I pulled completely off the road onto a semi-steep surface, he decided to give me a field sobriety test, even though I was 100% sober!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
not a lot, just twice in the 18 years I've been driving!.!.!. once got a speeding ticket and once got arrested, not for speeding, for "looking suspicious" !.!.!. thats what cops say when they have no REAL reason for pulling you over !!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
