Question: Need advice on what to say at a meeting at work!. please!?
My unit supervisor wants to hold a meeting with us underlings to discuss some problems with the way our manager runs the shift!.
we have done this before and nothing gets fixed, all that happens is that we, the underlings, have to deal with our managers even nastier attitude for about a month!.
How can I tell them to not even bother with the meeting if they aren't going to either MAKE the manager change her way or replace her!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
