Try your best to never get ESRD (end stage renal disease)!. That's when your kidneys are shot and are not working!. You'd have to do dialysis 3 days a week and drink a minimum of 32 oz!. a day!. That includes all fliuds (ice cream, ice, pudding, soda, no colas, no milk, etc!.)!. Not trying to scare you!. I used to be a big fluid drinker too before my ESRD, but my God sent wife donated me a kidney so I'm ok now!. But my heavy fluid drinking didn't cause the ESRD, I just want to know how you'd be with a limit of 32 oz!. a day!. It's no picnic!.
