It depends on how I've been hurt and how easy it is to get revenge and if the revenge will actually accomplish anything!.
I had someone out of the blue tell me off the other day and an hour later they felt bad and apologized!. I forgave immediately because it was the best way to handle that incident!. Another person was so mean to me and several other good people over something trivial that I 'froze' her out and she left the group!.

Depends!. It's good to forget someone, something!. But there are ways to seek revenge!. I sometimes seek revenge on a different way!. I wait, then when I have a chance to hit, I hit!. Not necesarily hitting someone, but causing damage as far as economic, ir when that person, thing, needs you!. Example!.
Let's say you need it some money, and someone told you they were going to lend it to you, the day it comes, they tell you they won't!. For whatever reason!. You deal with it and manage to control your own situation!.
Later, that person ask you for some help that they really need!. They need you so much, they can't do it without you!.
There it is your chance,

It depends the situation!. Sometimes if you are dealing with girls and they hurt you and you just move on, they will keep doing it!. You in this case should stand up to them!. Dont make yourself look over confident and look like one of those people who doesnt care at all about what people think!. But forgiving is good!. Try and go to the root of the situation and figure out why this person did what they did!.!.!.truly why!. If you find out work with this situation and try to find a similiar time in your life!.
