God intended for Sundays to be a day of rest!. You body is designed to only do so much per week, but it's also designed to rest!. So, while you are resting on Sundays, God wants you to reflect on Him and to place your attention on Him!. For who He is and what He has done for you!. Therefore, many people attend church services, in order to praise and worship their Creator!. They take time out of their busy weekly schedule [which happens to be on a Sunday] to thank Him for what He has done and for who He really is!. cuz sunday is the last day of the weekend, and when this day comes u r thinking about monday and how u gonna have to wake up for school or university or work so u feel a bet depressed about it, even for some people can't stay up too late so he/she can wake up early for work or whatever he/she have in the morningWww@Enter-QA@Com
because everyone is usually being lazy like they say its supposed to be the day of rest!lol you should try living in Germany!.im here for the next 2 years and everything closes on a Sunday!so you cant spend the day shopping or anything!i mean your not even allowed to hang your washing out or the neighbors phone the police!Www@Enter-QA@Com

To be honest, Everyone uses sunday to chill out after a hard working week!.
im 15 and use this day to catch up on coursework :)
You should plan ahead with your friends, & plan something to do on a sunday :)

Not for me!. I have alternate Sundays boating, then the others are for washing & ironing clothes, towels, etc off the boat, and preparing some easy cook dishes to freeze, ready for the next weekend away!. So it's a labour of love!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I dont know what you brits think but here in the USA sundays are the best, no school, football, and this time of year october basball is being played (playoffs GO PHILLIES) so sundays aren't boring here!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Coz no one is out!. Nothings going on I guess!. !. !. It could be those really really "religious people" that started this, when the commandements were most strict!. (One of the commandemnts did state that no one should work on the Sabbath, it should be a day of rest!.

Not many places are open erm people tend to spend it with family due to having to rather than choosing too!.
Transports not very regular, the places that are open shut early!.
