You won't learn your lesson until you sit down and figure out what gets you there in the first place!. You figure out the steps that led up to it and stop yourself when you start going through those exact steps again!.
You avoid the situation that gets you to ask this question!. Take a vacation from it!.
You might want to talk with a counselor to find out why you do this!. Here is an example!. Some people are always having boyfriends leave them!. It turns out that the girl pushes the boy until he can't stand it because she is scared of intimacy!. It's hard to see those reasons on our own!. This is very short term counseling!.
Some people spend their entire life making the same mistake over and over!. They just don't see how two different circumstances can be the same because of their behavior (choose wrong guy, overspend, etc!.)Www@Enter-QA@Com
