I think shoddy service is normal these days!. But as customers we should demand a better service!. If things don't go well I hound the people responsible until they put it right!. It can be very draining though and as customers we should get a good service whatever we are buying!. I think people generally need more advice about what to do when services are not good!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yes we do,,recently I bought some tooth paste and found it wasn`t made of teeth,shoddy advertising,the same goes for wallpaer paste,,not a drop of wallpaper goes into manufacturing this product,,utter rubbish
