Probably not or I might just scrape in kicking and screaming depending on whether I have orange juice with bits or red wine with supper!.

Oh yes!.!.!.!.definitely! In fact, i usually have at least 10 portions a day because fruit and veg for me is like what water is to a fish lol!.
