This is a common thing that most people do!. Read, even though it is quite antiquated in many ways, "How To Win Friends And Influence People" by Dale Carnegie!. That will explain that exact principle - people are 10000 times more interested in themselves than they are in someone else!. It is human nature!. However, if you can master the art of just listening, you will become very popular and achieve whatever you wish!. Remember there are two kinds of people in the world!. One walks into a room ans says "Well, here I am!" The other says "Oh there you are!" - that will make you a fortune!Www@Enter-QA@Com
Definitely!. I think a lot of people are self centered, so they just like to talk about themselves!. :P Either that or they just aren't interested in the other person's topic, and want to talk about something they find interesting!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I'm usually that person!. I don't know if I'm waiting to speak, but my attention span is practically nonexistant!. I drift off, come back, try to figure out what happened, and pray they don't notice!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Uhhh yeah!. I have a friend who loves the sound of her own voice- at the expense of the rest of us!. (She has what you would call an extremely annoying voice!. She could pierce glass with it!.)
