It depends on what you're filling out the forms for!. If it's something involving medications, it's best to be honest with how much you drink!. There could be interactions with medications you may be on and alcohol!. There are some medications out there that affect your liver and if you're drinking on top of that, you could cause some serious liver damage and the liver is not something you want to permanently damage!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I usually have a couple of small dumpy beers with my dinner, and the occasional something else, on a daily basis!. so I usually call that around 15-20 per week!.

As an example as to the importance of telling the truth to a health care professional- If someone comes into our theatre for an operation & they manage to convince the anaesthetist that they don't drink- they don't get as much anaesthetic!Www@Enter-QA@Com

i say 1-2 units a week truth is i only drink once a month or every 3 weeks but i start at 7pm and finish at 2-4am so i probably have about 25+ units (including shots) so about 8-10 units a week, but all in one go, and yes i know its not good for you!Www@Enter-QA@Com
