I think that I would write about my father, whom I never really knew!.
He allowed himself to be a victim of alcohol, and my mother left him because of it when I was about 3 years old, He died due to drunk driving, but luckily, he didn't hurt anybody else!.
I would write about him in order to show the affects of alcoholism, both to the person AND to the person's family!.
