-Cut it short 2 inches from your ears!.
-Put it some layers
-Flat iron

I know this isn't the answer you're looking for, but I like you're hair the way it is right now!. If you cut your hair and you don't like it, there's no way to go but shorter until you eventually have boy hair!. I say keep it the way it is or try straightening it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
