Question: Bottled Anger for 8 years!?
I have been suppressing my anger for 8 years now, since the day my dad died, the world has been cruel to my family!.!.!.!. What should i do!? dont suggest a therapist, we dont have even decent doctors where i live!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Start by exercising!.Take up running!. Just burn off all that anger by running fast and long!. It raises the endorphins in your brain making you feel good!. Lots of exercise goes a long long way!. Then start writing!. Get out your feelings on paper!. That is a big relief!. Allot of famous talented people are that way because they had really hard lives and it inspired greatness!. Whose to say you can't turn your life into something great!. Try a bunch of different things and see what your good at!. Dive into that to occupy your mind!. also, read!. Go to the library!. Read books by people who have gone through the same thing as you!. It is allot cheaper than a therapist and it can help allot!. And believe it or not!. Eat healthy!. They know no that there is a strong connection between what we eat and how we feel!. Do some research on what foods can make you feel better!. It takes a combination of all of these things to heal yourself!. You have put off dealing with pain so long that now you have to deal with it crashing down on you!. It is like ripping off a band aid but when you let it out!. You can start to heal!. This too shall pass!. Deal with the pain head on!. Take care of yourself and you will start to heal!. physical exertion is a great oulet for unreleased anger!. take up running or weight lifting or !? also, getting outdoors and away from people - go climb a mountain and sit at the top for a while and just accept yourself and the world and ask the universe to help find an answer to your troubles!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I don't know!. My Anger has been bottled up for 15 years!. Oh, I let my anger out each and every day, but even that doesn't help!. Just pretend to be happy!. Say positive things all day at work and go all out!. Eventually you will trick your brain into actually thinking you are happy!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Go out and kick a tree and rid your anger that way or write a book/diary about the way you are feeling, you don't have to let anyone else see it! Writing is always good for expressing emotions, even if you burn it up after!
