Before getting married, my husband and I would be away for months at a time during summer vacations (we went to college together)!. We did it for 4 years!. It is important to be really honest with each other and maintain a lot of communication since you're not seeing that person on a daily basis!. It is also important to make sure you're both still on the same page in regards to how you see your relationship and where you see things going!. Many things change while you're away from each other!. I wouldn't recommend long distances for long periods of time, and I would definitely suggest you see each other occasionally during your time apart!Www@Enter-QA@Com
I've been with my boyfriend for four years, and at one point in our relationship we were in different countries for about 5 months!. It was really hard, but we'd been together for about two years then!. If we'd been a new couple I don't think our relationship would have survived!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
He lived an hour away!. Saw each other like once a month!. Then he joined the Air Force and was even farther away and saw each other less!. But he got kicked out and moved back home!.
