At any fast food restaurant or AM PM get a package or two of ketchup and add it to a cup of hot water, they probably have crackers also!. You have tomato soup!.
In the condiments section of AM PM they have cream cheese packets, add some free sugar to it and you have a rich and delicious dessert!.
Use the little liquid creamers, empty into a glass add a tad of cold water and almost milk!.
Water is also a good filler for hunger!. We can survive longer without food than we can without water!.
