no!. that would be mean!. he hasnt done anything offensive (atleast not yet)!. but give the guy the benefit of the doubt!. maybe all he w ants is a friend on Y and A!. it happened to me before (on another account)!. some one i didnt know added me as a friend!. i checked him out, and i learned that he only uses his account once a month!. turns out he didnt have his own pc!. the guy was poor!. maybe all the guy wants is a little attention!. but still, be wary of him!. you never know when someone is playing a prank on you!. i suggest before you block him, give him first a chance!.
