Okay, that was a lame opening title for my question - but please don't switch over yet!. I've had a brainwave!
Woke up this morning feeling very chipper indeed!. And thank G for that, because for the past week or so I've been feeling uncharacteristically hostile toward a large proportion of the world as a whole!. Obviously this was a war I was never gonna win; 1 of me - several millions of them!. As you say in The Good Ol' USofA " You perform the arithmetical equation!" (that's right, innit!?)
Anyhoo, as I say, I've been picking fights, and firing off angry little pot-shots, and generally raging impotently in all directions at all kinds of perceived transgressions against self, loved ones, and things held dear!. And, most saliently here, I've been doing it all onY/A!.!.!.!.
Yes, I KNOW! It's shocking, isn't it!? I'm sure I must be the first!
And, what's more, apparently I was such a foul, sarcastic b*tch that enough people were of a similar frame of mind to join forces and get one of my quezzies deleted! *gulps, loosens collar a bit*
But you see, the thing is, I'm a reformed character now!. Today is a brand new day and I'm all mellow and philosophical and, well, !.!.!. I finally get to see me new 'old man' again after a whole week apart, so l suddenly don't wanna fight any more!. Dig that, anyone!?
So - to The Point! -
I should like to propose a Yahoo Amnesty Day!.
A day upon which all slights (real or imaginary) are forgiven!.
A day where spelling errors are overlooked and grammatical c*ck-ups pardoned unconditionally!.
A day where everybody refrains from rash thumbs-downing and postively shuns the Report Abuse option no matter how cr*p they think the answers they got were!.
A day - 1 glorious day, friends - where no Y/A user need fear banishment, nor shall he/she seek the banning of another fellow YaHuman!.
Can it be done!? Can it truly be achieved!?
I do not know!.
Should we give it a try!? Should we "Give Peace A Chance"!?
I say Hell, yeah!
But what do yous all think, folks!?
PS - Pleeeese no one report this!. It ain't DEADLY serious, but it's not a total p*ss-take either!. Cheers!.
