Starvation you get:
Catabolysis
Vitamin deficency diseases
Atrophy
Dehydration (oh wow, look!)
Growth of fungi (makes swallowing painful)
Painful muscle movements
Mental disablities (depression, hysteria)
Takes longer to die
Dying of thirst you get:
Headaches
Effects of hangover (what the heck do you think a hangover is!?)
Rapid heart rates
Tongue swelling
Mental disorders
Tiredness
Unconciousness
Dry skin
Constipation
Nausia
Death in less than a week!.
So all and all, since hunger leads to dehydration anyways, I think starving to death is more painful and prolonged than dying of thirst, so it's worse!. Plus, you'd be passed out for a long time, so you wouldn't feel it much!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

A person can live 30 to 60 days without food!. Once our body realizes its not receiving food it kicks into survival mode!. The body starts eating the fatty acids that's stored up in the body!. It could take several weeks for all your fat deposits to be depleted!. But still dying of starvation is horrible, but you'll live longer than dying of thirst!.
A person can die of dehydration in a matter of days!. A human needs at least two liters of fluids a day to survive!. H2O is the best source to prevent and replenish your body!.

Starving to death I could to!.!.!. after a little while, you dont feel the pain anymore, but, to die of thrist, the pain gets worse each second!. Lol
(Ive almost died a couple times, due to malnutrition, and dehydration, so I know a little bit of both!. LOL)

i would say dying of thirst,!.!.!.your body when dehydrating can cause loadsa serious problems all at once, i just think it would be the more painful of the 2Www@Enter-QA@Com
