Flu shots are not always effective and they contain ingredients that do more harm than good!. The best way to avoid the flu is by eating healthily, getting lots of Vitamin C (especially during the season) and simply washing your hands!. Sounds simple, but big pharma companies would rather make a profit!. Flu shots are one of the vaccines that do still contain mercury, btw!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I'll probably just get the flu like I did last year!. No health insurance, can't afford it even tho we both work full time and neither of our employers even offer it! So I will just get influenza A and B just like I did last year and miss 3 weeks of work because I am on my death bed!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
