How do i get rid of social profile on facebook? help!!!?!

The social profile app is like automatically added to my aps!. so i clicked the "opt out" button, so now i can't use the app and people therefore can't see me using it, BUT the app is still comparing me!.!.!.its annoying!.!.!.i don't want it to compare me!.
HOW DO I GET RID OF IT!?!?
