I grow my own organic stuff and my neighbor gives me organic eggs and apples!
I buy a few organic things like strawberries or lettuce (they have the most toxins if not organic) but it can become very expensive!Www@Enter-QA@Com

which ever is cheapest!. I can't afford to buy organic all the time!. I wish they'd bring back irradiated foods, though!. The regular organics I buy is milk, eggs, some pears and once a month, 1 dragon fruit!.
At least I try my best to avoid buying food that is unhealthy- too much fat, sodium, cholesterol!. Unfortunately most foods that I can afford has very high levels of such bad things!.

In the summer I do! In the terrible late autumns and winters, having no car, living in the boondocks, and traveling by foot, I must make do with what looks freshest at the vegetable counter at the most near by store, some 18 blocks away!. I am ale ways thankful when the spring begins!Www@Enter-QA@Com
