I love thunder storms!. I grew up living on a hill
overlooking the Georgian Bay!. We used to sit on the front stoop and watch the thunder storms roll in across the water from miles away!.
I now live on the Central Prairies and we get an unrestricted view of the storms moving at us across the plains!. Not as exciting as seeing one over water, but impressive nonetheless!.

Oh, someone told me this and it freaked me out: If you can hear thunder, you can be hit by lightening, no matter how far off it is! Now I hide under the bed when it starts up!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

OMG I hate storms too!. hiding under the bed won't help - try hiding under the covers with your fingers in your ears and eyes closed!.
