Why is she being sooooo shallow?!

Me and my g/f of 1 year have a decent relationship!.!.!. she lives about 35 minutes away and with my work schedule, I don't see her much until the weekend!.!. well I live at home and am in the process of moving out!.!. I'm working and almost got my college degree, just need a little help saving money!.!.!. well I had a Dodge Dakota truck and last year I put a new engine in it, which was 5k, and various other items, well it broke down again this year and I don't have 4k to get it fixed againso I am just going to get something else and not bother to repair it!. Well I need a ride to go look at cars in case I get one and lately with my work schedule, its been real hard!. And she's not being understanding!. I ask to make plans with her this weekend and she says, "I can do what I want!. You are 23, living at home, and no car!." I tell her seeing her once a week is not enough for this relationship!.!. and she brings up the car issue again!. Its getting frustrating she's being shallow after a year, I've not had a truck for the past month but just need to get time to look for a new one!. Right now I am borrowing my fathers truck and STILL tell her I can come see her because he doesn't drive it much!. I tell her I have a vehicle to come see her but she says, "No, not your own!." Ever since I lost my vehicle she rarely wants to see me when just a month ago she wanted to see me ALL weekend!.!.
