you have to or you will never be happy if you speak your heart and tell someone how you feel or how you feel and they dont like it to bad they arent worth it or you and sometimes the truth does hurt but its better than making up lies

well its not hard for me to do so to my husband!.!.!.but as for others a little more difficult!.!.!.
its just a matter of trust and if you have any in the people you wanna speak your heart to!.!.!.
just start little by little by giving your trust and then eventually you will feel comfortable enough to voice your opinions!.!.!. but don't do so before you trust someone completely b/c it could backfire!.!.!. deep down we know by our instincts!.!.!.so trust yourself first and go from there!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yes i find it very hard, but once i start talking i feel more confident and it gets easier as you go along!. you can try it when your by yourself too!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
