Question: "Want to make meemees!?" What are some stupid things people say to their children!?
When I first heard about "making mees" I was afraid it involved some disgusting bodily waste but learned it meant that the parent was checking ot see if the brat wanted to take a nap!. Where do you get "meemees" out of "take a nap!?" Makes no sense to me!Www@Enter-QA@Com

IDK! In Greek, mee-mee means a boo-boo! When I first read your question it made me think back to when my daughter was really little & was doing something that would surely end up in her falling & getting hurt! We would say, Do you want to make mee-mees!?! That almost always stopped her!Www@Enter-QA@Com
