I can not get to sleep at night.?!


Question: I can not get to sleep at night!.!?
No matter what time I go to bed, I can never get to sleep quickly!. I usually toss and turn for about half an hour before managing to get still!. From there it takes me an hour just to fall asleep!. Could someone help me!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

you need to stop an hour before u plan to go to bed becuz it takes around an hour for ur brain to relax enough to go in rem!.
try reading, watching crappy telly, something that wont make u think

I have the same problem sometimes I stay awake for two hours or more before finally falling asleep, and then I wake up later on because I can't stay asleep or get comfortable!. Usually, I go on my laptop or watch tv!. Seriously, the flashing lights amid the dark room is too bright for my eyes and I get tired, strain to keep my eyes open!. also, just lay down and stretch your legs out, wiggle your toes, lay flat, take a few deep breaths have glass of water nearby to drink in case you get thirsty, go to the bathroom so you don't end up waking up to do so, read an article on politics, government, it'll work!. Ambien isn't the best choice as taking too much can make you sick and sleepwalk, or do crazy things, but it knocks you out like that!. Drink some warm calming tea before bed, take some Tylenol PM, take a shower, a warm bubble bath before bed to sooth your nerves!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

You might have Insomnia!. I've recently found out that I probably have it!. Had an early night last night (10:00) wasn't asleep till sometime round 4:00 Woke up at 6:47, couldn't get back to sleep and im exhausted now!. And I probably wont be asleep tonight till the same time!. It annoys me!. Im not even stressed about anything and I never drink Caffeine!. Just try to relax yourself as much as you can before you go to bed!. If that doesn't work (hasn't worked for me so far) I can't help you because I haven't tried anything else yet!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

well, there R many reasons!.
1!. maybe u have stress!. (just listen to light music 15 mins before going to bed)
2!. ur sick (see a doctor & u'll get better soon)
3!. ur in love (a kind of stress)
4!. nothing important (just go & walk 30 mins before going to bed or run)

try taking nytol it worked for me!. It usually takes mean hour or two to get to sleep!. also have a cup of ovaltine and read for half an hour before bed!. Dont watch tv or play on the computer!. Plus make sure your window is open slightly so your room isn't too hot xxxWww@Enter-QA@Com

Reading is good!. Make sure you don't have caffeine after twelve noon!. Don't eat after 7:00 PM!. Don't watch or do anything over stimulating in the evening!. Try not to think about how you won't be able to get to sleep!. Get old and use the ringing in your ears to soothe you to sleep!. For real!. It works! Warm, not hot bath!. What time do you wake up!?!?
Try to get up very early in the morning like 4-5am!. You will feel dizzy all day and want to go to bed early at nights!. Gradually, you will get used to with falling asleep early!.

I suggest you ask your doctor for Ambien!. It's the only thing that's ever worked for me!. I get 7 hours of solid sleep every time I take it!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
