Black outs!! easy 10pts.?!

we just had a black out at kaiser hospital!. it was insane!. no one is allowed in and no one is allowed out!. we have a long line of people, and they cant come in!. im supposed to leave on my lunch and i cant go!. obviously by the look of it our power has been restored!. unfortunately we still cant leave!. lol!.
