Weigh two sections of the road of EXACT dimension - a section of the road that DOES NOT have a skid mark then weigh a section of the road with the skid mark!.
Then subtract the weight of the NON-mark from the one WITH skidmark!. and that's your answer!.

you don't actually weigh it you measure how long the marks are on the pavement and there is another part of the math that I always forget and you get the miles per hour Www@Enter-QA@Com
