If I get to sleep earlier than usual, like 7 or 7:30, I'll usually wake up between 11 and 3 am, it varies a lot!.
Or if I have a bad dream I'll wake up around 3:30 am!.
I rarely wake during the night though, because I almost always go to bed around 9:30 or later, and bad dreams don't happen often for me!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

My fiance snores really loudly!. I wear earplugs because of this, but sometimes if he rolls over close enough, I can hear it through the earplugs and it wakes me up!.
I also wake up to use the bathroom!.

I have unusual noises in my attic every night that sound suspiciously like human footsteps (not vermin or anything like that)!. since the attic is sealed off i can't go up and see what the noise is!.

If I wake up in the middle of the night it's usually because one of my sons has woke me up because they want a drink, need to go to the bathroom, are sick, had a bad dream, or etc!. : )
