I can only advise what not to get!.!.!.!. under NO circumstances get Sainsbury's 'Exotic' mushroom selection!.!.!.!.!.!. I did eat most a punnet in a salad last night and I have felt a bit woozy all day, had a delirious night's sleep, as well as feeling nauseous!.!.!.!. Man, I wish I had had these in Glastonbury '05, it might have made Coldplay's set go quicker and less painfully!.!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Basic groceries first - sugar, tea, coffee, bread, milk, cereal, butter
Salads, potatoes and veges, fruit
Then allocate a type of food per day for main meal,
Monday - egg dish (so you will need eggs - French omelette, Spanish)
Tuesday - pasta dish (so you need pasta) - with meat or fish sauce/)
Weds - cheese ( big cheese board with jackets, salads & pickles)
Thursday - meat (chicken, lamb, beef, pork, bacon/gammon)
Friday - fish
Sat!. - !? (Eating out!?)

chicken fillets,
bacon,
tomato's,
onions,
melon,
strawberries,
apples,
oranges,
butternut squash,
cabbage,
cauliflower,
carrots,

2 packs of philadelphia cheese

1 pack jelly

tub of cream - whipping!.

1 pack of butter

fruit, pork chops, roast (for coke roast in the slow cooker), bread, salami, cheese, artichokes, asparagus, cereal, yogurt, milk, orange juice or koolaid!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Splash out and get a ready made trifle!. I just bought one from Sainsbury's, a bit lazy, but what the heck!. Delicious!!!
