You probably can't get a restraining order until he has harmed you or threatened to harm you but you should tell your boss about the situation and maybe he/she could talk to your ex when they call you at work!. Don't worry about your daughter!.!.!.!.I have two daughters by two major jerks and they have turned out fine!. The more she sees how he acts the more she wont want to be that way!.
