muscle excersises, i have scolioses!. my physiotherapist/manual therapist gave me some to isolate the muscles that are bothering me and relax them!.

I am having the same problem at the moment!.!.!.I had a bath last night which helped a little!.!.!.!.now I am on the voltaren cream and tablets!.
Add some cruisers tonight to the mix and I'm sure all will be good! Www@Enter-QA@Com
