Company policy - Help!...?!

Question: Company policy - Help!!.!.!.!?
So, I have written out my resignation letter and worked out for my 4 weeks notice start on 26 November and finish 24 December (great timing, I know!)!.

But in March, this year, I decided to take December 30-31 out of annual leave for New Years (I did this before I thought of leaving) and would like to know whether that can be paid for or not!?

I know that it depends on what the company policy is but, if I finish work on 24th and those holidays were not used, would it matter!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Answers:
Usually you will be paid in your final pay check, for any holiday you have accrued in this financial year and not used!.

Hope this helps!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

As you've left, the company are under no obligations to give you your A/L paid as you will no longer be under employment with them!.!. But do check your own individual company's policy, as every one works differently and has their own in place!. To be nice, as it was booked before you resigned, they may decide to honour it anyway!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Though you have leave at credit, it has to be sanctioned by the competant authority!. Since you have resigned there should not be any reason for the sanctioning authority to sanction the leave due to you though it falls in the notice period!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

i'm sure you can leena if you are owed the dates i'm sure they will have to pay you for them Www@Enter-QA@Com
