EDIT: You are actually spot on with busy places but luckily whenever I have been in a situation when someone was hurt people were helping out and an ambulance had been called - I think in all honesty a lot comes down to where people live as some places people will help out and in others they don't like to get involved!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
