It depends on where you live!. States of Florida and Oregon counts ballots no matter what happens to the voter!. But in South Dakota, if you die before the election, so does your vote!. The states are split almost equally!. Which state do you live in!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
Yes!. Happens with absentee voters all the time!. There are a lot of absentee voters who are elderly shut ins!. They cast their votes in October and not all of them make it to the first Tuesday in November!.
