Do you have a fave casserole...and if so do yo uhave the recipe for it? ?!

GUINNESS AND BEEF CASSEROLE!.!.!.!.

ikg beef pieces browned
2 onions diced
2 carrots diced
sliced mushrooms
3 rashes of bacon diced

cook all together until vegies are soft - around 10 mins!.
then!.!.!.
add 4tbs flour
2 cups of beef stock
1tbs tomato paste
2 tbs brown sugar
330ml can of guinness
salt and pepper!.!.

add your beef, bring to the boil and simmer for 1 and a half hours!.
serve on mash!.!.!.!.!.YUMMY!!Www@Enter-QA@Com

I just sent this to someone today:

Chicken Stuffing casserole, for entertaining

3lbs boneless chicken breast
1 10!.75 can cream of chicken soup
1 10!.75 can cream of celery soup
1 or 2 cup milk, depending on how creamy you want sauce
1 box cornbread stove top stuffing
season as desired

cook chicken and cut in small pieces
place chicken in a square casserole dish
combine soups & milk & pour over chicken
cover with stuffing mix

Put in preheated oven, 350
cook for 20-30 minutes

(I use 2 cans of cream of chicken instead of celery, but I don't like celery so that's up to you!)
