I would say no younger than 20, that is, if one is absolutely craving for a child of her own!. (:D)
But one should wait till about 25 or so!. Those who have kids when younger than 25 most likely will be too immature to know how to take care of/ raise the kid, and etcetc!.

I want to say that you should wait till you are 21!. I think you can have a kid if you are single but the key is that you are financially secure and that usually means that you have gone to college or some sort of technical training school!. However, if you are married and are at least 18 and in a very loving marriage with a committed husband that makes a decent income that may be a different story!. The moral is that love alone can't take care of a baby!. It takes money as well and money comes from education unless you are lucky to have a rich relative that kicks the bucket and leaves you a fortune that will care for you and your child for the rest of your lives or if you win a huge lottery!. Physically speaking you can have a child as soon as she is able, however you should consider the moral aspect of it, you need to be able to care for the child and support it, not only by having enough money but also being stable mentally (IE you prob don't wanna be working 3 jobs and going to school while raising a baby by yourself) You should ask you and your partner if your both ready to have and support a child and if your alone you should take into consideration that it will be harder with only one parent, not impossible though!.

I believe a child deserves to have a mother and a father so as much as you might disagree I would say when a person finds the right person to marry!!.!.!.!.!.
But a person shouldn't start having children until they are at least 18 years old! But the recommend age from me is 29!. I say that because that is when people are done having parties and having fun with their friends!. Then they are ready to start having children!. Most people that I do know who started very young (18) they had wished that they had waited thill 29!. This way they wouldn't of felt like they missed on life, and things that they friends got to do that they didn't because they where stuck at home taking care of their kids while their friends got to go out and have fun and go to parties and not have to worry about babies!. They don't regret their children of course, they just wished that they had waited a little longer instead of missing out on everything that their friends could do and they couldn't!

Everyone is different!. My religious beliefs lead me to wait until marriage, but if God sees fit to give an unmarried person a child through some circumstance, then so be it!. Like I said, everyone is different!. I know people who are my age (fourteen) who would make good parents and would have for a few years-- they're that mature!. I also know people who probably shouldn't have children for years and years!. You have to be an adult to raise a child, and when you, as an adult, feel ready for a child (meaning, have done everything you need to do in your adult life), then so be it!.
