let me take your question the other way!.!.!. what makes you think 100% is an absolute value!? and, if you think of it, is there any value created by the human mind, thus conventional, which can be seen as immutable, impossible to change or alter!?
thus, from my point of view, both the terms in your question!.!.!. "trust" and "100% case" are variable, so anyone can say whatever they want to say as long as any comparison between those values (and / or any other mathematical values) is in fact unreliable as it is always subjective!. We can say what we please but trust is either there or it is not and if it is not there the moment you need it knowing that it could be there at another time will not be that comforting!. Yes, we can say it but the fact is that we don't trust the person at all sometimes!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
