Have a very large (24 lb!.) Maine coon cat who was born in the wild, with a colony of feral cats who live around the University!. He had been eaten up by a larger animal and was almost dead!. Someone took him to a shelter where he was nursed back to health, neutered and left in a cage because he had a bad attitude!.
I fell in love with him instantly and took him home with me!. Two weeks later my place burned while I was at work and the cat was again rescued, this time by the firemen who broke down my door to get him!. I had no place to live so I took him to my undle's and he lived with my uncle for the next two years until my uncle died!. Then I took the cat back and we moved to my present apartment!.
