everee one knows the answer to thes!! they jus dunt consider it an option ? to loose weight an keep it off, u need a lifestyle change!. u need to eat a diet of primarily fruits and vegetables, an u need to exercise!. plus diets are not temporary!. i call them lifestyle changes, 'cause ur body is the product of ur lifestyle, an if u change ur lifestyle, u change ur body!. so u cent change ur life style temporarily an expect permanant results, u must change ur lifestyle permanatlee! ? i thenk u have to thenk bout ur strengths an weaknesses!. my weakness is i have a hard tiem controling my portions, an i hate to feel hungree, so my diet is taliered to my strengthes an weaknesses!. i cen eat as much as i want, but my diet is restricted to very healthy foods!. if portion control is not a problem for u, then maybe u cen count calories, an just eat small amount of food that u normallee eat!.
u have to gat rid of all temptation from ur house!. its so hard to resist those chocolate donuts sitting in ur cupboard, ur setting urself up for failure ? plus when u excerise, if u push urself, or dunt try to make it fun, ull burn urself out an hate it an avoid it!. so jus consentrate on makin it fun, dance in ur underwear to ur favorite music for 20 minutes everee day, jus gat used to movin ur body! plas find out what u liek to do physcially, i liek to take classes, an i liek music, an i liek bike riding, soem people liek the treadmill, or workin out at home, u jus gotta change ur lifestyle, an try to make it fun! learn healthy fun ways to cook vegetables, leek soup, spainish rice, veggie wraps, jus have fun!! n_n ? gud luckWww@Enter-QA@Com

you have to stay on a constant plan of diet and exercise, and you have to burn more calories than you take in each day!. also, if you are trying to flatten your stomach as most women want, crunches don't do it!. you have to lose the weight, most likely through running!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

eat less and exercise more, burn more calories than you take in!. it takes burning 2300 calories to loose one pound, basically like not eating for one day!. but you dont do that, of course, exercise exercise exercise! !.!. and eat less!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
