I know it is not healthy though!. I've had bladder/kidney problems in the past and all of my doctors strongly reccomended that I do not do this!. In fact, they forbid it! So while "waiting it out" is very unhealthy I have, unfortunately, let myself slip into the habit!.

When i was younger i used to hold it in for ages!.
That damaged my Kindeys causing one to be smaller than the other!.
I was constantly needing to pee and going into hospital!.

I definitely always hold it!. I'm actually really busting to go at the moment, I don't have any immediate plans to go either!. I'm not sure if its unhealthy but i hope not!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
